“EDIT: The manager, Cash, called me only 1 hour after my review was posted to help find a solution to my problem. I explained my the issue and she looked into it and we came to a conclusion I'm more than happy about. The swift response is the reason I've changed my review to a 5 star. The gym itself is very clean and always well kept up. And although I was never there when staff were, the response today shows that they do care about their customers. Besides their cancelation policy this is a great gym and highly recommended. The issue I have is not with the gym itself. The reason that I am only giving one star is that when I signed up for the membership I was told that if I moved 25+ miles away from this location (my home location) I could show them proof that I moved and I could cancel. I also clarified and asked if a bank statement or pay stub would suffice as proof because I was moving in with family and the bills would not be in my name. I was told that would be proof enough. Now that I have moved, I was told when i tried to cancel that it had to be 25 miles away from ANY location and when i called him on that lie he told me that I'd need a bill in my name. When I told him that was not what I was told originally he said that's the rules and he wouldn't help me. I've now been paying for a 1 1/2 year membership that I only got to use for 2 months. I even offered to pay a cancelation fee. For this reason I will be canceling my membership as soon as it's up and will never be back to any anytime location again.”

“This place examined my eyes and got the lens needed right on the first try. Only time I've ever gotten glasses and actually used them because they work!! Great helpful staff, great service. Plus I got to take home a flash drive with a couple pictures of my eyes so that's awesome. Has any other eye place I've gone to offer that to me in the past? Nope. 5 stars for cool points and efficiency. ????”
