Dr. Chang has saved my life, on two separate occasions. Were it not for his diligence, and experience, I would not be here. I have copd. on the first occasion I was vented because my oxygen levels were to low to support life. The second time my stats were also very low. I cannot praise dr chang or thank him enough for what he has done for me and my family.
He is the best. Thorough, kind and everything you could ever ask for in a doctor!!
