I purchased a driver shaft from them with tip and grip installed. Pricing was great.
Unfortunately, the screw that holds the driver head in place cracked about 15 swings in. I had been careful not to over tension so I suspect the screw had flaw.
Called customer support, explained the situation, and had a replacement order on its way within 10 minutes. Bummed that it broke in the first place, but I'm happy getting a replacement was so easy. -

The prices are fantastic, and they even have a selection for left handed players. In addition to clubs, the gloves are very nice as well and about 75% cheaper than what you pay in a proshop. My only regret is not getting one of the diamond tour cart bags when they were available.

There are a lot of other places to buy components from, but I buy from them because these guys rock. Never a problem-fast courteous service...top notch.
