“I have been coming to charter on/off for a couple years now. I will say, the new manager has done a absolutely great job giving the gym a makeover. It's much cleaner, the new layout rocks and the free weight section is the best! Whenever I have no idea what I am doing with a machine, Dom and Steve are always there to answer my questions and give me advice. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The atmosphere there is always positive, and has fun music playing. Charter in sycamore is by far one of my favorite places to be! Great job guys!”

“Mike’s Sports Performance and Training has an incredible sports training program centralized on an individual's or team needs. Want to be a better sports athlete? Mike’s has a program to boost your speed, agility, strength, and of course confidence. My son increased all of the above in a little over 6 weeks of working with Mike. He makes it fun and it’s a good learning environment for my son and other athletes to learn and compete with their own personal goals. Mike measured my son the first session and he had already improved after 2 weeks in the program. Mike is incredibly passionate about his educational offerings and coaching, emphasizing strongly how do implement programs in the right way. Currently, Mike’s Sports Performance and Training is training local travel baseball teams in the area. I am truly impressed with not only Mike, but with the individualized performance programs that they are customizing for each patron. Amazing stuff! Give him a call and ask to have a free session with him. If you are looking to make your game, whatever that may be, better, this is definitely the place to go!! ”

“We highly recommend this facility the staff are excellent and very friendly. My husband was very well taken care of and treated like family and thanks to the pay-it-forward house I was able to stay close to my husband while he was hospitalized. This makes a world of difference when you loved one is so far from home. The respiratory therapist were very knowledgeable and helped explain their process throughout their daily routine. “This is a wonderful place. It offers a very affordable place to stay very near your loved on in care at Kindred Care in Sycamore IL. The staff are kind and caring and the house is amazing, you have a room to rest a shower to get clean a place to revive yourself from a hospital environment and helps people who are not local have a place to stay and feel comfortable. It's a wonderful not for profit to donate to.... they do amazing things.”
