“Justin Haka, our realtor was absolutely W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L and so patient with my husband and I on our quest to find the home we needed to fit our needs. I have never dealt with a more likeable, friendly and helpful guy. He was available to answer my calls and questions since we needed a place to accommodate not only my musician husband who has a lot of music equipment that we need to store (this a finished basement i.e. "mancave" was a must) and a 74 year old stepmom who also required special accessibility within the home. I asked for a dining room. That was a tall (and daunting) order for anyone to fill. He patiently listened to our needs, found those houses for us to look at, was very adaptable to our schedules and our numerous requests. His wife Jill ? She is an absolute whiz with numbers and is direct, honest and to the point, which is exactly the kind of person we like to deal with. I intend to recommend this team to anyone interested in buying or selling a house and we feel that he made this process quite enjoyable instead of stressful. My hats off to them for their dedication to their customers. (I am almost sad (yet somewhat embarrassed) about not being able to call Mr. Haka at 10pm as he always answered his phone to reassure me of important decisions regarding housing needs.”
