Alpha Stone & IZA Sinks

The only reason I gave this company one star is because I had no choice! This company is absolutely terrible. Ordered Kitchen in February 2019, had numerous conversations with them about not having a kitchen for 6 months, they just didn't care. Kitchen installation had to be redone by a professional, kitchen was never completed by them, custom cabinet work is shoddy, prices are misleading, they don't answer/return calls, they cannot even match kitchen cabinets and trim (4 months wait). My husband was out of the country and they sent questionable individuals to my house, I have two young children! I last contacted them in September 2019, to complete the work, to date, I have been ignored and don't expect this company to do the right thing. This company could not complete the installation of my kitchen in 7 months and could not possibly install the kitchens they have on their website! Hired a professional to complete.

At first I just went to Alpha Stone to purchase a new refrigerator. I then saw a convection gas range new in box so I purchased it. Had no idea they also had cabinets,counter tops,sinks,faucets and whatever else needed for remodeling.
After seeing the quality of their cabinets I purchased my entire kitchen with counter tops.
They spent time designing my kitchen and going over all necessary supplies to complete my job. They took time to explain everything to me and always always helpful when I called with a question. Everything came in on time and delivered. So I decided to have them install my cabinets and install the hardware. After shopping around I found quality, reasonable prices , great personal and professional attitudes.
Would recommend Alpha to my family and friends.

Best one stop shop, they have everything at high quality and affordable prices. We were constructing a custom home and came across this store. We were very pleased by IZA sink products and Alpha stones services. Kitchen cabinets and granite were top class and installation was done timely and efficiently. We highly recommend this store for all new construction, renovations and other projects.
