Overall I had a very good experience with this company. I ordered countertops through Lowe's in central Illinois. The communication was great and when they came out to measure and install they were very prompt and professional. The countertops look great and I was very impressed by how well the seams blended together. The only negative was that about a 1 inch section where the backsplash met the counter did not get sealed. I called the company and they said they would come out and fix it within a week. Again overall I was very happy with the finished product and company in general.
Ordered counter top through HomeDepot. From scheduling the measuring, to the measuring, to scheduling he install and the install, it was great. Very professionals and friendly. Counter top looks great.
Peter Grimes is the best! He was on the ball and completely professional! We had hiccups with the manufacturer(separate company) and Home Depot, but Peter and his team were great! Peter apologized for the manufacturer even though it wasn’t his fault. He genuinely felt bad and was able to reschedule the install date 2 days later. This was great customer service on his end. The guy that measured called before he was on his way. Took time and answered questions. The guys that installed were late outside of the window, but did call.
They communicated with us great and had emails and phone calls as they said. I really liked the email with the layout of how new counters would look.
