  I was a client looking to buy my first car and after doing my research on the model, makes, prices, miles, dealerships, and all else I finally zoned in on a nice salsa red Beetle they had for sale. As first car purchase experiences go, I was a little nervous and prepared for being oversold or the dealer not being honest with any problems or details we might know about it but that was not the case at all!
  
  All staff went above and beyond to ensure I and the person I went with knew every detail of the Beetle we were looking at down from the work they've done to it and the cost to maintain it. Very accommodating too as I've forgotten to make an appointment to come in but they let us in without one anyways. Even down to the day to pick up the car they stayed an hour past closing as we were running late and did so with a smile and any other questions we had answered. The car itself was very clean, well kept and at a fair price; a surprise to me considering how beetles with higher mileage at a certain price often are in rougher shape. The only fix needed was it's headlights which they replaced within days of interest and was able to pick it up not three days later.
  
  It's been about a month since purchase and there has been no problems at all with my little salsa red beetle! Im very happy with my overall experience and I'd recommend anyone buying their first car or otherwise to definitely consider Chicago Motors Direct! : )

  buying a car from CMD was a breeze. I showed up earlier in the day. I was shopping for a 3rd car. My daughter totaled her car so we needed a replacement. Mo helped me out, gave me some really great tips, and I went back home to discuss the options with my daughters We let him know what car we planned on purchasing and, as soon as we got back to the lot, he got the ball rolling. The car needed a new battery, so he drove out to sams club and installed it himself while we were filling out the paperwork. We drove home with a CRV and ended up getting a very good deal. They also included a 3 month warranty which i couldn't find anywhere else.

  Great Experience!! Purchased a 2012 VW Passat and am extremely happy with everything about the entire transaction. Very Honest and Knowledgable. Provided me with a great education on Volkswagen autos! HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Chicago Motors Direct if you are in the market for a used VW!

  I bought a 2013 VW Passat TDI. My Car buying experience was as it should be. Extremely pleasant and direct interaction. I didn't feel pressured during any point of my car buying experience. From getting clarification on the phone when I looked at it online, seeing it in person, test driving, to final sale.
  
  The car was extremely clean. Salesman was transparent with me about the car. I am happy with my purchase and experience. I definitely recommend them.

  I bought a 2007 Saturn with 60k miles back in August of 2020. I gotta say it was a pleasant buying experience overall. You can tell that these guys are up-and-comers and are very personable, Arslan is a hard-working salesman. He didn’t offer any wiggle room on the negotiation of price because of the pandemic, his exact words were “all prices are fixed due to COVID-19,” but the car was so reasonably priced to begin with that I didn’t even mind. The car drives perfectly no flaws, I had a mechanic check it out after I bought it and he was impressed with how well it had been taken care of. He said that the coolant hoses should be replaced and stuff but that was do to the age of the car, nothing catastrophic like major oil leaks or anything. It’s kind of sad to see 1 star reviews saying they feel like they got ripped off, because I don’t feel that way at all. I love my Saturn, and I’m happy to leave an honest review. Pleasure doing business with you guys!
