My experience with this shop is good. My truck started acting up pretty bad. I called the shop and explain to them what’s going on with the truck he told me to bring it in to the shop, but my truck was 300 miles away. I decided to take it in to the shop near my truck. After they looked at the truck I was told that it will need an overhaul. Again I called Action truck & Trailer Repair and explained what the other shop told me. Sasa started laughing and said just drive the truck like that and we will take care of it, and that’s what I did. After I arrived they took the truck in to the shop. After one day I was called to come in and pick up the truck, the truck was running smooth and my bill was $1600 vs the other shop that wanted to do the overhaul that would cost me around $14000 and 3 weeks of sitting. Truck is still running good no problems.
