  We lost our home to a fire in early December, 1 day after we moved in. The experience of redoing a home we'd never lived in was emotionally exhausting, but Kamil guided us through every step of the process. He was communicative, gave great design advice, and did wonderful work. The finished product is our absolute DREAM home. I would hire Kamil again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him!

  As if the pandemic wasn't life-changing enough, a car drove into my living room in September. Once the exterior brick work was finished, Constructive handled the extensive interior renovation—from drywall, painting, installing laminate floors, baseboards, window caulking, electrical issues to re-hanging photos and replacing switchplate covers. Constructive's owner, Kamil, exceeded expectations, communicating promptly and frequently, resulting in a stress-free experience. I highly recommend Constructive. I appreciated and trusted the hard-working crew and Kamil's attention to every detail throughout the project.

  Kamil managed a large construction project for us, and was very professional from start to finish. He communicated well when there were delays due to city inspections, and found creative solutions to solve issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for smart design and good value.   From estimate to job completion everything was done just right! This company exceeded our expectations. Our house looks amazing! All of the workmen were prompt, worked efficiently and kept the mess to a minimum. I was impressed with the professionalism and depth of knowledge/experience with Kamil. He had many good ideas and made sure we were satisfied with the job. All done very well and professional. Highly recommended!
