  The customer service of Angelica Zarco and crew was an awesome experience. They were courteous, Kind, Helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone passing through the area.

  Nice manager, gave me a good room as I had mentioned that I would prefer a 2nd or 3rd floor..
  
  There were some strange things happening tho. A big dude came real close to me (as if trying to hit me) while I was returning from work, laptop and groceries in hand. Felt like he was trying to snatch my laptop.
  
  The same guy was darting in and out of the laundry room as I was trying to check out. When I tried to get a good look at him, he just went back into the room and hid. Weird. Also, lot of strange people just standing there, doing nothing whenever I came out of the room. Very strange and weird.
  
  Other than that, I loved the room, clean, smell free. I would recommend staying here.

  Great for my needs. Went for surgery and needed a place set up with a handicap room. I am treated like family there and it feels like home. I am now well and traveling again, but stay here when in town. Been here for an extended time. Close to Buses Woods forest preserve, great for bike riding, and fishing. Stores and restaurants are nearby.

  Just a remarkable place because of the staff (Valarie at front desk is most personable and professional) and exceptional professional management of the general manager Angelica. The place is so well kept, very clean which is impressive because many of the “guests” are in certain states of transience. The House Keeping (thanks in no small part to Anna) is worthy of a Hotel with 3 Stars. A very pleasant surprise
