At Itasca Bank the adults drive to the bank. Inside this bank there are tellers that will help customers with different things like money and different balances of 💰.
Always helping & always professional.
I have had this bank since 2005 ,They have the best customer service in history for me , I would never change my Bank !!! I moved but refuse to ever leave them ....The best with it all.
I may have a slight bias because in my 24 1/2 years of being on this earth, 24 1/2 of those I have had an account at this bank. My parents opened up a savings account for me here when I was born, it is where they also do their banking, and I have since then maintained an account. Once I turned 18 and got a proper job I made the move to put the account fully in my control and also open a checking account. The process was easy, the man was pleasant, and that's that. I have a debit card through Itasca bank that I've never had troubles with. When there has been a possible threat to my card/account, someone has always contacted me and kept my account secure. Anytime I have questions, lock myself out of my account, have to make a withdrawal or deposit, or get something notarized, my experiences are always great and easy. I've walked in there as an adult and had one of the tellers helping me ask what I was now doing for work now that my childhood dog walking days were done.... That's the kind of customer service you can expect.
The staff at Itasca bank really is nice. They remember their customers, and are always ready to assist you or get someone to help you promptly if it isn't something they can handle. The building is nice and open and even has a comfortable seating space in the middle (FYI, there is a Roselle location as well), plus they give out lollipops and dog biscuits :) Whether you go into the lobby, use the drive-thru, pull money from the ATM, or utilize their website for info or online banking, I will continue to stick with Itasca bank until it isn't convenient to do so.
