we have had State Farm for many years and only use Nick Janet's office : Giselle is AMAZING and so helpful she goes above and beyond for her clients she is really on top of things - Nick and his staff are terrific

I have insured my home and automobiles with State Farm for many years. After poor service with another State Farm agent, I switched to Mr. Janet's agency. I find Mr. Janet to be a very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of insurance. He treats his clients more like friends and always makes sure his clients are well informed and taken care of. Mr. Janet is friendly and very personable and I am sure would welcome anyone with an issue to reach out to him personally, and give him the opportunity to help resolve the problem.

The most important aspect of good insurance is having a well-rated company with an agent there for you when you need them...and I feel Mr. Janet is that person.

Nick has handled all my insurance since taking over the office in Lombard. Whenever I have a question, I know his office will have an answer from my car, home, rental insurance for my college children's apartments or my umbrella policy. When ratings have changed, he is on top of it, adjusting my policies and coverage so I am never without protection.
No call or question goes unanswered and often, it is Nick who returns my call. His office staff is reliable and courteous. They call back if Nick is busy and follow up to be sure I don't need any other help.
I am pleased to be with State Farm and even if there are agents closer to my home, I have stayed with Nick and now my daughter and her husband have policies with him as well.

We have been doing business with Nick's office for many years. He is very professional and has an AWESOME staff. They are very knowledgable and always take the time to explain to you exactly what you are signing. They are not like other agencies that just want your money and try to raise your premium without notice every 6 months & are rude.
