We used Draperyland about 20 years ago to place all the window treatments throughout our home. We’ve had them come to repair once or twice since then for minor problems. We still have all our original blinds but recently, one of the blinds fell off one of our larger windows. True to having great customer service, Karen sent her installer to try to repair our issue. Because our blinds are outdated, parts could not be ordered. I was contemplating replacing the window treatment but Karen contacted the manufacturer and was able to provide us a completely brand new set of blinds at no charge other than shipping and installation cost! I still can’t believe it but our new blinds are in place and they look great. In this modern day of big-box stores, I’m grateful for local “family owned” businesses who take time and really help their customers. Mind you, I never even met Karen physically because all this occurred during the COVID19 pandemic. This process is all through texts and phone calls... that is fantastic customer service.
For reference, my original blinds were Hunter Douglas and they are the manufacturers who replaced my blinds from 20 years ago. Luckily, I had my original work order and receipt. Hunter Douglas products are an investment but in my opinion, well worth it.
