Sitting at Walgreens in a 2016 Escalade, all of a sudden check engine light starts flashing and traction control light comes on, all of a sudden engine misfiring bad. Called Chi-Town Customs and talked to Marcelo. Explained the problem and he said bring it by.
Multiple codes and dead fuel injector, Marcelo said (no problem). They start tearing apart and then there is the problem. Seized injector in the head, they went to work and boom few hours later car is running smother than ever. They did things that they say can’t be done, Keith said let me pull out the magic mojo.
Long story short Chi-Town did a job that nobody would have done for minimum half the cost of anybody with quality and care that I have never seen at any other shop.

Highly recommend this shop! I've come here for routine work on my high mileage Toyota 4Runner and also for custom work for my Shelby F-150. They are very easy to work with, treat you like family, honest and reasonably priced! Whether you need routine work or one-off customization, this is the place to go! You won't get the runaround or be told to do unnecessary work. The depth of knowledge from the team here is fantastic. Can't say enough good things!

Want to start off by Thanking Marcelo and Keith for the phenomenal job they did on my hornblasters install. It took me a year to find someone I can trust. Walking into the shop I was treated with respect and like a family member. These guys take on jobs and treat them like there own personal vehicles. I’m a picky and very clean person and the job that was done to my truck was exactly what I was looking for. The condition I gave my truck was to these guys was the way I got it back. No wires hanging. No cookie cutter or hack cuts done to my vehicle at all. This shop goes the extra mile for you. I would keep on writing but I’ll just be repeating myself. Again Marcelo and Keith.
