At this time the only service I have recieved is a free estimate for siding installation.
The estimator was "Vanessa" and she arrived on time and called me a half hour before arrival (as was previously agreed) was courteous, explained herself very well and in my opinion was knowledgeable of her job. She answered my questions and showed concern for my opinions. Bottom line is I'm satisfied with the way she handled this appointment with me. She seems very professional. I give her 5 out of 5 stars.

Customer service was great professional workers that work very fast. They cleaned up all the mess like nothing ever happened.

If you own a house/any property and you’re in a situation where you need a new roof (like me) or any work being done right using your insurance, you really need to read this and call this company. I’d like to share my long story short here and be as open and honest as I can, I bought a bit of an older house (1994)
in a very nice town of the western suburbs of Chicago, the roof is never been replaced and sooner than later I was suffering from leaks.
The first year I complained to the original insurance company and even hired a company that “suppose” to help with claims but no luck, I thought it’s probably because it’s not that big and great of a company so the second year I switched and filled another claim, it was the same old drill, the company send someone that estimates some ridiculous low number that doesn’t even meet your deductible. So I hired another company that “specializes” with insurance claims and even they couldn’t get me a new roof.
Just when I was about to give up and pay for another cheap repair I came across this beautiful big project being done to a huge old theatre in the city and luckily I had the chance to talk to one of the managers asking if they do residential. To my surprise the very nice gentleman name Gabriel (yes like the angel:) said they do everything and can handle anything! skeptically I hired this company’s service and to my big surprise I found myself a couple of weeks later with a brand new roof paying only my deductible!
