The appointment was easy to make and the service was on-point. They came out on a Saturday about an hour after I called. We had 2 fans, 12 recessed lights and some outlets installed. Great service, honest, professional and reasonable prices. Look no farther you found the Best
We had the most wonderful experience yesterday with your electrician. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very thorough in the work provided. This is the kind of customer service we strive for when something happen So! Kudos to your company for hiring such great employees!
The technician was very knowledgeable. He made repairs that he said he was going to do. He stayed really late past 11pm to complete the job. He cleaned up after himself and was conscious of my dog not escaping the yard. Would use him again for sure. Man in the office were super friendly and gave me updates as to technician arrival.
He came out and took a look and had everything with him to install a brand new electrical panel. We were happy with how fast they responded to our electrical issue, and that he was able to complete the job immediately. We were surprised to know that the owner himself was willing to respond to our emergency as fast as he did. My wife was able to sleep well that night and so did I. the electrician is a great Concern Electric and a great guy!
I scheduled Concern Electric Services with an understanding we could afford 2 hours of labor for this job. To my surprise, the Concern Electric crew arrived as scheduled and after inspecting fans and cans, we were informed they would get started immediately and try to get at least all the fans installed. Concern Electric staff wound up staying to make sure all our fans were installed AND all of the can lights as well. Well Done!
