From the first call and the initial visit, we knew they were going to be professional and knowledgeable. The level of communication and hands-on approach is high and much appreciated.
The techs that come by to do an assessment treated the problem as if it was their own and provided educational information as well as the different suggestions they had.
The techs performing the repair were extremely knowledgeable and executed such an excellent job, that I immediately felt it was money well spent. They took care of us and our home so we’ll that I would have no problem recommending and referring to others.

Mr. Rooter (Josh) is amazing! I was having plumbing issues this weekend and was concerned about water overflowing because I have a lot of laundry to still do. I had water coming up in my shower and tub and issues with my toilets. I could not wait until Monday.

I called them and they were at my house within an hour and a half. Josh took him time looking at the inside plumbing and started rodding outside, he found the clog! Tree root of course. He was very efficient and made sure the clog was resolved before leaving and cleaned up before leaving.

My 2yr old daughter also made a friend today. Thank you so much Josh and Mr. Rooter!

Mr. Rooter was very prompt, showing up two hours after calling to fix a backed up drain in the basement, which ended up being an ejector pump issue and they were able to fix it on the spot. They gave me great details of the benefits of each option I had for new parts and gave their recommendations. Overall the workers were very friendly and polite, making the process go smoothly. I would highly recommend using them for any and all plumbing needs!

I had called other places to help me out with installing a sink and water heater into a Food Truck and Mr. Rooter Plumbing was the only one to say yes to me came the same day as well! Installed this set in maybe an hour because the old one needed to be taken out. Tested it for me and everything. Very happy with the outcome and now I know where to go for my FOOD TRUCK.
