It’s super busy, they are open late. I really wanted to do business with them, I am not a contractor, just the homeowner. My goal was to replace an engine on the time master and it took me about two phone calls then I was told to come in the first time I had to come in the second time with the lawnmower damn I was told somebody’s gonna call no one called. I found another place in Palatine and within five minutes they ordered me a new engine and now I’m waiting for it so I can schedule installation. In my opinion I can give them four stars because they are busy and people continue to come in for business. Their reputation must be great but unfortunately I had to find another place
