  5 of my family and friends bring .Most of their business here keep in mind like all mechanic shops that are small to medium sized their main focus is fixing. Not priority tire or muffler shop...I have noticed if you let them know ahead of time you will be very satisfied...the. Care .The quality and the price will make you too a repeat customer....let your friends know this as well...it's worth your time and effort to do business with them...

  Debby was really helpful. They were super busy but still took me in to make sure that before I buy a use car, it’s good. I really appreciated your help guys!

  Mark the owner really is the "DOC"!
  If you are stressed out, tired of getting the "run around" from other "want to be" mechanics or just need a great place to go that is honest, decent priced, fabulous staff & the most knowledgable you could hope to find...then go see Mark & his staff @ AutoDoc!
  
  I found Mark by complete accident when I had issues with my limousine & the extremely BAD service I got at "Merlins' muffler shop" on Rte #83 north of AutoDoc back in 2007. Merlin shop owner, Ron, wouldn't guarantee "poor service on the alternator they had just put on my car" nor pay for replacement for new part I had paid them for & their "newbie" Mechanic who had never worked on Mercedes tried to fix. Merlin's shop didn't tell me he had never worked on ANY Mercedes! He forgot to put in 2 bolts, busted 3rd bolt & part was damaged within 24 hrs. STRESSED OUT I WENT TO SEE MARK @ AUTODOC WHO SAVED ME! I found him as "near by" mechanic &thank goodness!
  
  I've known Mark & ALL his professional staff, ALL top notch since 2007. Mark has "saved" me so many times the words "HELP" or "SOLVING" the problems doesn't begin to do justice to how much he & his great staff can really assist absolutely anyone to beyond their wildest "service"expectations.
  
  At this point Mark & his staff & family "feel" like family. They're all SO helpful esp. when you feel you are "stuck" & have no options & really need someone you can rely on!
  
  The shop standards are superb! Ethics, morals & even good humor to keep your spirits up. They have a nice lounge area with comfortable seating, coffee! & reading materials & satellite TV to amuse you while waiting for your car to be fixed. The front desk staff is extremely knowledgable - Deb, Mark, or anyone who answers.
  
  He & his staff are like surgeons to "pinpoint" the problem ailing your car/truck/van/SUV. They dont fix what is NOT broken. They do NOT change parts that work fine. They FIND & FIX "exact" item/s causing problems. other shop would change lots of parts that may fix your problem but you would have paid for many parts not needing to be changed. Mark & his staff ONLY fix & replace what is needed.
  
  I was a limo driver for 3 yrs with my Mercedes & Mark keep me on the road as best as possible. I left the Limo industry to join UBER & still use AutoDoc for my Kia Rio's. Mark "DOC" has kept them on the road & probably changed about 30 tires on my cars by now, several axles, wheel bearing hubs, wheel alignments, countless oil changes,countless engine parts, fuel sensors, diagnostics, tune-ups, coils for spark plugs,brakes, wheel drums, transaxle, gear shaft, exhaust & muffler systems, air condition systems (especially hard to solve on Mercedes), & even fixed Mercedes "ECU" electronic control unit issue 2 times when compartment (poorly designed by Mercedes) filled with steering fluid by "wicking' fluid up into box that contains ECU. ( why Mercedes would put the "brains" of the cars computer module in a container that would allow any fluids to cause issues with it, but glad to know it was/is fixable & Mark DID fix with a bit of my background aid within 2 days).
  
  Ive taken him my 2001 Mercedes E430 which has had so many issues & Mark solved absolutely every single issue saving me massive $, time, worries, & stress dealing with many others including dealership. If you have a Mercedes with issues (which is hard to find any mechanic to fix that knows what they are doing & doesn't massively overcharge you or replace parts that do not need to be replaced), & stressed out, then go to AutoDoc!
  
  Ive also had AutoDoc work on every other car I own, 1998 Ford Windstar LXI, 2007 Kia Rio DX, & my current 2008 Kia Rio LX. Give them a call especially if you are stressed out or fed up with your current car service & if you feel you have been cheated or can't trust your mechanic,then go see AUTODOC!

  This shop was very informative about my Chevy Equinox and repaired it. I haven't had a problem since.

  I must say I was impressed with their work. They diagnosed the problem fast and got my car finished within 2 hours. And now my vehicle runs better than ever. Great service, nice people. I will DEFINITELY be returning here for any work I do to my vehicles
