Michelle was a wonderful partner and consultant in choosing our window treatments. My husband and I bought a new construction home with no window treatments, so we were starting from scratch. We had very little knowledge of our options, but Michelle really listened to our needs and style preferences and designed each room perfectly. She was thoughtful of budget, and I never felt like she was upselling us or pushing us. I absolutely love everything we chose together, and we get compliments all the time! We had a couple minor issues with products that she helped us resolve quickly, and I always felt like she really cared about getting it right. I also have to mention our technician/installer James--he did an excellent job measuring and installing, and I am so grateful for his attention to detail and passion! They were a wonderful team, and I would recommend them to anyone considering new window treatments.
