Performance Carpet Cleaners

My carpet was heavily soiled due to a pet illness. I had carpet previously cleaned professionally to no avail.
I was ready to give up hope until I came across all the positive reviews for Performance.
Chris worked his magic and did an outstanding job. He is very courteous and honest.
I couldn't be happier with the results. Stains are gone! I am glad to support a locally-owned business, and I will definitely hire them again

Highly recommend Chris at Performance Carpet Cleaners! We needed our couch and ottoman cleaned from our kids and dogs stains. He called 20 minutes before he was on his way, and was very personable - the couch and ottoman came out good as knew and I love having a local business in town for future needs!!

I just had Performance Carpet Cleaners at my house. Chris was absolutely wonderful! He was both kind and professional. I believe that Chris took his time and cleaned my carpet and couch without rushing. My carpet and couch look great and they are not even dry yet. I would 100% use Chris again. Chris came out same day to help us with several rooms where our dog had gotten ill. He was honest, efficient and his prices were very fair. He protected our home from damage and was very pleasant to deal with. There is a minimum charge, which makes sense given all of the equipment that he has to haul inside, but just a heads up. Very grateful for Performance Services’ help. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

We have used Chris from Performance Services for two great carpet cleanings over the last two years. Today Chris came to freshen up my carpet prior to the holidays. He did a great job, as he has in the past.

Unlike our prior experience, I had a slight miscommunication about what time I had scheduled. Chris gave me a call ahead phone call, and when he noticed the disconnect in our timelines he graciously offered to arrive 45 minutes later than his initial ETA to allow me time to return home to unlock my home.

Obviously this was an inconvenience for Chris and negatively effective his bottom line, but he affirmed his committed to exceeding customer exceptions as he was able to keep me on the schedule- before the holiday- regardless of I had made the scheduling mistake- he accepted the burden to make it right.
