TPS Sports Custom Team Gear

Update- TPS has been working on a solution and have already given the boys a replacement. I understand we are in strange times with shortages and such.

I have left multiple messages with no response. I was given the wrong cheaper product. I have no return call and it has been weeks. I was given the wrong color, design, and a cheaper fabric.

PJ and his team do a wonderful job across the board- great product selection, high quality, quick turnaround, and competitive pricing. No matter what sport you’re playing- or what you need- uniforms, equipment, spirit wear, TPS has you covered!

Decided to place a custom hat order much later than we should have for this upcoming season. PJ was tremendously helpful in navigating hat choices and placing our order.

Just got our hats, about a month before opening day, and they look AWESOME.

Great experience, and will definitely use them again if we ever need to order hats, uniforms, or other logo gear for our teams.

Over the years, we have worked with several different team uniform/apparel partners. Most of which did a decent job with the product, however, most struggled with the customer service. When we started working with TPS Sports for our team apparel, we felt like we found a hidden treasure. From the very beginning, we realized that the previous roller coaster of the team apparel ordering process, was not the case with all partners, especially not with TPS Sports. We would come up with an new uniform idea, TPS Sports provided brand options, brand alternatives to meet our budget without sacrificing quality and more importantly they come up with additional ideas on how to maximize the budget, with cost effective alternatives to add to the player uniform package and additional swag where possible. We suggest that any team or school in the Midwest or far away who is looking for a team apparel partner, look at TPS Sports in Darrien, IL. The reality of what you get is far more than your standard cookie cutter apparel company. We have found that it doesn’t matter what you know, or who you know in this space, what really matters the most is how they make you feel as a customer. Since we started working with TPS Sports, we have always felt part of their family, and we have always felt part of the solutions. Our job is to coach, and their job is to make us look good (and feel good). Wherever we go, we are always complimented on our uniforms. PJ Ciccone and his team at TPS Sports have done a really nice job at keeping their customers happy, by providing true customer service, and it starts from the top down. True partners from start to finish. We highly recommend giving them a call for your Team or School apparel needs, you will be very happy you did.
