While here, Dan, our plumber, explained everything very clearly, and presented us with all of our options. We appreciated his professionalism, transparency and patience with explaining the situation. While actually repairing our pipes, he was quick and efficient, and educated us on future maintained. Cost was really fair. We really appreciated his expertise and will be using Jay's Plumbing again in the future. Highly recommend.
