Dr. Labriola is an excellent surgeon. I had surgery to repair a Distal Radial fracture. I loved Dr. Labriola and her staff and am extremely satisfied at the three month mark. Post-op care and healing have been A+. Highly recommend.
I’ve found Dr Labriola to be pleasant, quick-thinking and just a great doctor. She offices in multiple locations, so choose a location that’s convenient for you. I have to tell you that the new building on Ogden in Westmont is very impressive.
Dr. Labriola has been my orthopedic doctor for the last 3+ years, performing a full rotator cuff surgery for me 3 years ago. I can't say enough about how wonderful she was during the entire process. Dr. Labriola diagnosed my problem, created a plan for surgery, and successfully completed the surgery without issue. She was very accommodating and patient in explaining to me the positives/negatives of surgery, what to expect during and after surgery, as well as my longer term prognosis for how the surgery will benefit me. In advance of surgery, I had additional questions which she answered in detail, making me very comfortable. She performed an excellent surgery, and I followed her post surgery directions, PT, etc. exactly as she directed. As a result my shoulder is better than new and I have not had one problem with it since the surgery. Currently she is treating me for a hand issue with equal success. Dr. Labriola is fantastic and I highly recommend her without hesitation.
Before my orthopedic doctor retired, I asked him for the name of a doctor in the group for a follow up. He recommended to me Dr. Labriola. I had an appointment with her and I expressed my desire to have my hand surgery done to relieve the pressure and pain of the arthritis. She was very professional, easy to talk with, and knowledgeable. She explained to me in detail what is involved and the post op needed for therapy after the surgery. I had several question before the surgery. Her staff answered my concerns and she called me personally to explain and discuss what her staff couldn’t. On the day of surgery, she talked with me before and after the surgery assuring me that everything was going well. I saw her a few weeks after the surgery, removed the semi-hand cast and stitches and let me start OT right away. There is nothing I can say but all positive about Dr. Labriola, before, during, and after the surgery. I highly recommend her.
2 weeks ago Dr. Labriola performed a shoulder replacement for me and I was continue to be impressed.
Dr. Labriola is professional, extremely talented, passionate and a real person too. I am not a person often compelled to review, but as you can tell I think she was fantastic. 9 years ago I had the first shoulder replaced at Rush, so I walked into the second shoulder more knowledge and with high expectations. With Dr. Labriola and her team my expectations have been met and most often exceeded in each area. All the numerous team members were great, even to the point of her and team members doing this on a day they normally wouldn't work. I will just end by adding that she used the latest in proven implant technology, resulting in minimal swelling, and less pain than my previous replacement. Wouldn't hesitate to enthusiastically recommend any family or friends to her.
