Had a great experience unfortunately I am on a disability pay so I can't afford it but it was great relaxing if I could afford it I would go at least once a week.

My strechologist Alyssa was fantastic! Very professional and Informative. I feel great after just 1 session.

Really love this place- the way I feel the day after is amazing!!! I haven't done the group stretch classes just the one on one because I think it's so worth it!!! I had a back injury in January and after going the first time was able to move normal and most importantly pick up my two year old again!!!!

I tried stretch zone and now stretch lab. Stretch lab was far superior. SL seemed more therapeutic. J. Cruz is highly qualified and knowledgeable hope he continues. I will be back. Facility is outstanding, clean, lots of amenities, COVID protocols based on your comfort level. Beautiful decor.

I love everything about this place! In the two months I've been coming weekly, I've become so much more flexible and my chronic low back pain is gone. I really love working with Frank, however every trainer I've been scheduled with has been personable, professional, very helpful, and great at stretching! They go the extra mile and offer their feedback as well as stretches to do at home.
The stretching techniques they use allow you to trust the process and them, so that you can relax and get a better stretch.

The management team is also great to work with and they set the tone for the friendly vibe of the whole studio.
