Even though we only came in to have one item cleaned and another repaired, and not to make a new purchase, they still treated us like we were a top priority, and went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. Her advice was exactly right for each step. This transaction was done remotely, but Michelle remained involved beyond just the purchase, she tracked the package along with me, making sure everything was received as expected and on time. Truly above and beyond. She was wonderful to work with and I certainly will work with her on future needs.

I worked with a girl named Stephanie she is awesome. I was ordering on line and had a problem she worked with me to find everything I needed, she stayed on the phone with me for 40 minutes helping me to pick out a gift. Then she sent me an email showing me what is would look like and even followed up the next day with me. I cannot say enough about her, Bella Cosa Jewelers is lucky to have her. I would definitely order from her again. -

The sales people are friendly, helpful and take the time to assist you in your purchase. They have a large and varied selection of jewelry. I love my Pandora bracelet with my Disney charms! We have recommended them to our kids, work associates and neighbors. Great place!
