“Coach Steve is a great coach! He always makes sure that you understand the techniques properly before you start training. He focuses on this because he avoids you from becoming injured. He wants you to benefit from everything he teaches you and do so with out injuring yourself. I really appreciated him always explaining what I was doing, why I was doing it and how the techniques will benefit me. He is always encouraging especially when you may feel you can't do what he just explained. It's great having a coach who is well educated himself to help educate me as the athlete. ”
