I gave Richardson Electrical Services a list of items that were upgrades from the original Builder installation. The work was done on time, neat, clean and professionally, with a permit. Cannot ask for a better experience and I will be having them back to do more electrical work.
This is the only electrical company I have found that offers same day service! Eric was very professional and prepared for the job. I posted an urgent job and Richardson Electrical Services responded within the hour, agreed a price and Eric arrived with his colleague next day to complete the work. 8 hours later job done and Eric had even done a few extra things. House was all tidied up and he walked me through what had been done. Overall excellent from start to finish!
The service and professionalism at Richardson Electrical Services is top notch. They helped figure out a game plan to fix our electrical issues and were able to come out and fix the issue next day. Eric came out the same day I called after I got home from work to diagnose our one phase of our power that was out. He was really amazing during the diagnosis and told us we had to replace the meter, I will definitely use them again. I would recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done. I'm a very satisfied customer.
