Paul, my attendant, deserves promotion and reward because of how he handled all the frustration, confusion, and timeline regarding my car repair in the past. He put his own feelings aside and focused on the mission (customer satisfaction and my car repair).
There are only two types of men that can exercise this manner of calm in the mist of chaos.......Godly men and professional Soldiers. In location experience is very good. Always helpful, courteous. The text message service, while responsive is frustrating as the intelligence behind the service make one to speculate or second guess how to respond to get further. It is very apparent that messages sent aren’t being read for context. The phone in service, once connected is good but wait times can be long. Best thing is to walk into store, service in then excellent.
Bought my car here 2013 many years have gone by but the quality of the dealership and the service department remains the same. I've had many instances of using their service department from routine maintenance to a complete engine rebuild and everything has always been communicated promptly and service completed as needed, no upselling of different services and upfront pricing. I don't know what the future holds for if/when I need a new car but I will definitely make sure Zeigler is on the list for me to visit.
I have purchased several vehicles and I have always used their service department. Zeigler sales and service departments have always proved themselves honest and professional. My Wrangler was in last week for an oil leak. Prompt and professional as always. My Service Consultant was Dave Majewski. I found him to be professional and very knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to do business with a gentleman.

I found everyone I encountered at Zeigler to be knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. I was introduced to everyone I encountered, giving me the impression that all employees were respected and valued highly.
I felt "heard " by my salesperson (Don), and all of my questions were answered honestly. I truly got the impression that my trust in the dealership and the persons running it were more important to Zeigler than whether or not I purchased a vehicle at that moment. I was treated as though this should be a longer-term commitment.
