  It's unfortunate I had to leave. I lived for almost a year and a half (over two years ago) because they extended my lease and they were super understanding that I was going through a tough time. The two bed one and a half bath I stayed in was very spacious. Even though the appliances were not updated at the time they all worked great and there are other benefits like a heater in the bathrooms and one month free.

  I rented an apartment here for one year, they gave me one month free and they also took from me a cleaning deposit of 1275.00 .
  I asked them, how much would I get back? they said , well don't bother about cleaning the carpet because they charge $50 to clean it if it's not super clean, so, I didn't clean the carpet , but I did clean the kitchen, the appliances ,the bathroom, I didn't clean the walls, because they said they were going to paint it anyways.
  well about two weeks later after I turned in the Keys ,I got a check for 1220.00 , I know they took 50 out for carpet cleaning, and I think they took out $5 for one strip of the mini blinds. Thank you Arboretum

  I lived here for over 8 years and had 3 different apartments. The management team was superb, the neighbors were friendly, the area is also dog friendly, and the apartment(s) themselves were very nice. When I had needed maintenance, they had responded to fix issues within 24-48 hours; emergencies were responded to within 15-60 minutes no matter the time. I've also NEVER seen any sign of vermin (cockroaches, mice, rats) during my time in my various apartments.
  
  The complex also does wonderful events like monthly breakfasts and annual events such as meeting Santa for the kids and a luau in the summer for the adults. These help to show that the management team appreciates its residents.
  
  This apartment complex is not without its imperfections: thin ceilings/floors in buildings, limited parking for residents in Azalea building (specifically for south side of building's residents due to garages taking potential spaces), and some residents who smoke in the halls. But these issues seem to be par for the course when it comes to apartment living in general.
  
  I will miss my time I spent at this apartment complex, as it was nearly always positive. I would definitely recommend renting here!
