The workouts are challenging and different each time but target all areas of the body. Michael is super fun to work with. 45 minute classes, in and out, and you got a great workout in.
I went to the lisle location off and on and LOVE it! It is a small facility, but it doesn't matter! If you want a great workout then this is the place. If you don't push yourself you won't get results. I have moved many times and have been looking for a boot camp like heaven and hell and am continually disappointed. Very friendly trainers and worth it!

Great workouts in a shortest time possible. Always something new to keep the interest going. Great trainers who keep a close eye on class. Intense training, lots of energy, amazing results. I strongly believe that because of that I survived a very bad motorcycle crash only with few fractures. Strong muscles build strong bones. I will always be grateful for that (besides the good looks of course ;). Thank you Damon and Michael.
