Michael I. responded to the call immediately and he and his team were able to get us two units within days. Since the first agreement, we had to extend the rental multiple times and each time we were reminded with enough time to either extend or schedule a pick up. We work with a good amount of companies and very few have the level of customer service Gator Chef provides.

We’ve had needs for new product in new restaurants or replacing product in a pinch - they’ve always come through and had the best customer support each time. Recently, our rep even helped us in an emergency situation while he was out of town and got us a replacement freezer the very next day! The installation team was second to none and the communication was so great. Can’t recommend the Gator Chef team enough.

The delivery team did an awesome job helping us set up the equipment and didn’t leave until the job was done. My hat’s off for a job well done. Look forward to working with the Gator Chef Team again.

From tge basic needs to operate all the way to double sided fridge & freezers and also commercial ranges! I recommend this business to anyone who is in the restaurant industry or even cooking at home and needs some good quality equipment!
