She reached out to me right away, and although I didn’t make an appointment, she was able to help me when I came in to look at the car I was interested in and got me to test drive it right away. I made sure to go early on a Friday and was in and out with a new car within a few hours. Great customer service and everybody was pleasant and helpful.
