Ginger is professional, courteous and always one step ahead of the game. As someone who has been a customer for 4 years, I can tell you without hesitation that Life Storage (and Ginger) is where you want to store your valuables.

We have been with Life Storage for a few years now and love it. We have stored our things with other companies and they have not compared to Life Storage. Our main reason for loving Life Storage is Ginger. She is always super friendly which is a breathe of fresh air. She goes above and beyond for her customers. Plus the facility is super clean, we love being able to pull in and have easy access to our unit. Its nice to have carts. At other facilities we would wait hours for the one and only cart they had. Here, there are a few carts.
