(August 10, 2018, 9:14 pm)Best all-around family environment workout facility to go to that is so staff-friendly and helpful to get you on-track to better health. Barb Larocco was so informative and her helpfulness encouraged me to get started and to come into ARC. I chose a Trainer due being away from the gym for some time and that Trainer is Mike who is an excellent all-around teacher with the expertise of doing things right and fits a program that I can do as I am disabled. I am so happy that the ARC is a beautiful place that offers something for everyone! Well-managed and operated, clean, receptive and friendly. You'll love it!!!

(April 23, 2018, 7:45 pm)This place pretty much has it all. It is or at least looks brand new. All the equipment is in perfect condition. Indoor track, indoor soccer field, basketball courts, and locker rooms. There is plenty of parking and there are also attached outdoor fields. Teams can play and you can also get them for individual.
