She is such a pleasure to work with and even helped me get into my unit when I lost the keys to my lock. 5 STARS FOR SURE!!!

I originally got a storage unit 6 months ago. I came back needing another one because I loved the service and place. Thank you so much Carla!
(July 30, 2018, 1:53 pm)I highly recommend this company for your storage needs. The staff was amazing and very helpful from the moment we walked in. We originally chose the wrong unit the week prior and realized when our moving truck showed up that we needed a larger unit. They quickly changed over our paperwork and were very accommodating. Now a days you don’t find great customer service, but Extra Storage in Glen Ellyn was refreshing. We weren’t just an email, we were customers.
