Dr. Punati is great! You can tell she takes pride in her work. No in a rush like most other dentist I've met, but still manages time well. Friendly office, highly recommended
Apple Dental came highly recommended to me and I can see why after my first experience being a patient.
I want to start by saying that Dr. Punanty, Dr. Patel and all their staff truly go up and beyond what I expected. They are extremely knowledgeable and they also know how to keep a patient at peace who has been terrified of going to the dentist. I personally found their environment to truly be a peaceful one and they walked me through every option that I had to solve a problem that's been ongoing. They took their time with me to make sure I understood what my options were and then when it was time to have my procedure done, they made sure that I was completely comfortable. They took their time to make sure I understood what they were doing as they went through the procedure and they made sure that I was as comfortable as I possibly could be.
The next day I was pleasantly surprised that I got a follow-up call to see how I was doing and honestly I really feel that they truly set the standard for dental work.
Everyone in the office is absolutely outstanding and they truly do work with you even if you don't have dental insurance. They make sure you know all of your options and no matter what you elect to have done they truly make sure that you are a priority.
I highly recommend Apple Dental and I am truly satisfied with the top notch service that I received at their office.
I having been bringing my kids here for over 5 years and they love it here. They are great with my 5 year old because she is very scarred and they take the time and show her every step. I'm always able to get all my kids seen together. I live about 35-40 mins away and don't mind the drive because I know my kids are in good hands. Keep up the great work.
