  We had a bad experience at a different mattress firm in Naperville and then came to this one and Zanisha 100% fixed the issue! She was wonderful to work with and price matched the online price we found on a queen size mattress. She also threw in free delivery because we had such a poor experience at a different location. This mattress firm was wonderful and will be the only one I go to in the future. Also the delivery came on time exactly when they said and they were very quick. Thank you Matteess Firm Aurora and Zanisha!

  Because I received great service the last two times I've purchased mattresses from this store (119019), I came back for a third purchase. Although the gentleman that helped me before wasn't there, Tommie Perry went above & beyond in helping me select a mattress! I appreciate his patience with me in deciding what to get and also showing me some new features (I may come back and get that new adjustable base, lol). I also got an excellent deal! If you're looking for top notch customer service and great mattresses no matter what your price point is, this is the store for you.
  
  I was very impressed with the level of customer service in this store. I actually had several other places that I was going to go to, but the store manager (Brian) was so helpful with working within my budget that I decided to purchase it on the spot. Will definitely refer anyone here who is looking to purchase a mattress. Keep up the good work! :-)

  When making the decision to buy a mattress, I did not know what the first thing to do was. I expressed my concerns with a very helpful gentleman named Tommy, and he made my decision making easy and stress free. He even made the shipping arrangements work with my crazy work schedule and the mattress/bed got delivered without any hassle.
  I am in love with not only the quality of the bed, but the hospitable service as well.

  First of all, I loved the warm welcome Tommie (Sales Rep) provided me. He threw couple jokes to break the ice between ice and get me comfortable. Second, he is really good at his job and approach his job professionally. He provided me with all the needed information about the products mattress firm carries. After all, it was so easy for me to choose my mattress, since I have been informed with all the needed information. Definitely recommend this location! Received my mattress along with the box and cooling-gel pillow. So happy! Thanks to Tommie and mattress firm!
