(June 23, 2018, 9:03 pm)Sandra is amazing! I took one of her mat Pilates classes at night which was great since she was able to accommodate my schedule. My abs were definitely feeling it the next day! Not only is Sandra an awesome Pilates instructor, she's an even better dietitian. Her passion and enthusiasm are clear: total body wellness. I recommend her services to anyone who wants a personalized experience with Pilates, nutrition or both!
