  My husband and I had a very extensive ‘car buying’ search. VW was a place we kept returning to. We were always met by friendly staff and were never hassled. We were most impressed with the value and quality of their vehicles. We ended up buying two cars. Our salesman was patient, courteous, and very informative. He helped us find exactly what we needed. We were very fortunate to Chris Smith help us out. Gladly recommend the brand the dealership, and their exceptional staff.

  My dad and I went the Bill Jacobs VW and had an incredible experience. Chris Smith our sales rep was a pleasure to work with. He showed us multiple vehicles and laid out pros and cons thoroughly. We spent no more than two hours round trip at the dealership and our experience was terrific. I would highly recommend both Chris smith and Bill Jacobs to anyone in the market for a new automobile. They were expeditious, thorough, and polite.

  Jules was beyond helpful while looking for a new Atlas. He definitely steered us in the right direction in terms of the vehicle we "should" buy. We had complete tunnel vision when figuring out the Atlas model, and he was able to help us determine what was the most economical. We appreciate that, especially out of someone in sales, who usually would just let us buy the more expensive vehicle. We truly appreciate everything, and am happy he was the one servicing us here.
