  LOVE to come here every winter for authentic German food, the yearly mug, and delicious spiced wine. Company is always good, area is super spacious, and the Christmas lights are fantastic! Would recommend for anyone of all ages!

  The Naperville Chriskindlmarket is a nice alternative to Chicago's. Advantages are more room to move, Christmas lights and decorations everywhere, easy access to bathrooms, and they sell Christmas light necklaces. Downsides are the potato pancakes are not as good, no homemade rum balls, and it was difficult to find parking (evening of December 15th). We have a toddler and a decent sized stroller and did not have too much difficulty outside of what one would expect. Stores seem similar with some we have never seen and some we only saw in Chicago. There was a stand that had beautiful hand made lamps but no hand made star hanging lights. Those are the ones I know well and can point out. It was fun and a great experience. They have a hard stop at 9pm with most shops closing at 845pm which I found frustrating. Closing at 9pm should mean closing at 9pm. All in all my family and the in-laws laws had a good time.

  Got free parking right across the street from the main entrance and free entrance to the market. We showed up an hour before closing and walked the entirety of the space, visited all the vendors, and ate potato pancakes, brats, spaetzle, and roasted candied pecans.
  
  I have been to the Chicago markets for several years but opted for the Naperville location due to the crowds. It was great; we didn’t stand in line for longer than 10 minutes and we’re able to walk around freely. We’ll continue to visit this spacious location from now.

  After hearing numerous stories about how busy the market is in Chicago, we decided to try the Naperville market this year- Parking nearby is still hard to find, and most of what is immediately around the market is paid parking. Everyone who had been to the market in Chicago seemed to agree the actual amount of vendors is very similar to the Chicago market and you really aren’t missing out on much if you decide to hit this market instead of struggling to get in and out of the city! Overall great experience, but, be prepared for a lot of lines!
