  I had some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, if not the best. I went to Ashley Furniture with my girlfriend because we just got a place together and needed some living room/kitchen furniture. Frank Alonzo was the sales rep who helped us and he was exceptional.

  After having awful experience at the Bolingbrook location, we came to this store and an absolute amazing service. We are returning customers and knew we can get better service somewhere else. ASK FOR LANA!! Lana was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She not only helped us find the right furniture, she walked us through the whole process, explained what we were buying, explained the warranty and gave us reference of what we need to do in case we need to use the warranty. We also met the manager, Wally whom is very professional and easy to work with. GREAT TEAM AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

  I love our new couch we got from this store. Very beautiful. The delivery team was incredibly helpful in unpacking, placing and moving the furniture with me. Big thumbs up guys!

  I just moved into a new apartment and went into the store the staff was very helpful I got what I needed on time and the delivery guys were awesome. While I was at the store the manager Wally was very busy helping other guests but took his time out to help me pick the perfect sofa and dining room table because my place was small. I will gladly send friends to that location. It's hard to find a place that has great customer service.

  Purchased 2 bedroom sets for my daughters in may of 2018 with a reclining leather sofa set. I am very happy with the level of service, and the quality of the furniture. I have since sent several friends and family to this store in particular and everyone that has been there always talks about their great experience. Thank you wally and your team, for making furniture buying a smooth and easy experience.
