Ross, our sales rep was extremely patient with us as we discussed our desires and budget. He put together a system we could afford and it exceeded our expectations. Dave and his installation guys were so friendly and professional, taking the time to answer all of our questions and return phone calls and emails quickly. Kevin and his tech team immediately took care of a couple of small issues that popped up and also expertly answered questions we had about our new system. We are so happy we went with our builder's recommendation!

Barrett’s totally customized our products and installation based on our budget and needs without high pressure sales tactics. Once a contract was signed, a seamless transaction followed with multiple contacts from the project management staff to insure a complete, timely installation. The installers were EXTREMELY prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and treated my home (in each install) as if it were their own.
