  Excellent service. Jason and all who work at Clark's Car Care were professional, knowledgeable and able to identify and fix what was wrong with my 2004 Mitsubishi. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  This was my first experience with Clark’s and it was for a pretty big repair on my truck. I will go back to them for every automotive need I have from now on and I recommend you do too. Service is friendly and outstanding. Communication was frequent and flawless. This crew works hard to build and maintain trust. Pricing was super transparent and extremely fair, beating other quotes I received. This did not mean loss of quality service though. Quite the opposite. Jason made made sure I understood the mechanical issues and service recommendations well throughout the decision making process, taking the time to explain things I was not already familiar with. I got text and email updates on my case which included detailed photos of the issues found.
  
  I trust them and I will continue too. I can’t give a higher compliment than that. Plus any business that has a Cousin Eddie quote painted on the wall is ok by me! Thanks Clark’s!

  While I have never been a customer at Clark's Car Care, nor have I ever stepped foot in Illinois, I would without question trust Laura and the rest of her team with far more than just my car. I've spoken with thousands of shop owners as an automotive marketing consultant and have seen and heard it all. I knew from the moment I spoke with Laura she is an honest, trustworthy and collaborative partner. I'm confident that her work at Clark's follows suit. Rarely do auto shops delicately and thoughtfully execute all aspects of service, communication, hiring and advocacy as masterfully as Laura has.   Great place to take your car. I have had my car towed there twice (not a brag). They performed great work and were complete professionals. The two issues were both fixed quickly and without recurrence. This is the only shop I recommend to my friends. Thanks to them my 180k mile car is still on the road.
