  They get 5 stars because I messed around with the phone & phone store for my Mobil Hot Spot numerous times. Brought my Laptop & Phone to them. I had a few minor issues with laptop that were fixed quickly & my phone & laptop were not speaking to each other. Brandi, Brian & staff got them speaking when no one else could. I’m a novice at this geek stuff but learning. Tekkies were prompt , knowledgeable & reasonably priced. I will be back. Didn’t even charge for a minor adjustment when I went back !! Cool people!!   Called manufacturer for phone problem and they gave me Tekkies number. Couldn't ask for faster, exceptional and professional service. Will not hesitate to back to Tekkies with any other issues.

  Better than Geek Squad!! They were able to fix my laptop (Best Buy told me I needed to buy a new one) And Transferred my hard drive within 30 min (Best Buy quoted me 7 days) Highly recommend trying Tekkies, reasonably priced and fast service!

  So I had a absolutely horrible experience with this place. I never got any notifications on my laptop. They had it for about 2 months, I was irate. The GM called me today. Explained everything. Was extremely polite and professional. He changed my hole outlook of this place. I forgot his name, but damn I am glad I got to speak with him. Thank you so much sir.
  
  On huge plus, my laptop works great! Looks great! And I'm happy with the product.
