“Jazzercise is the best workout I've ever done! I've been doing it consistently for eight years and I never get tired of it. The routines are always changing, so I never get bored, and the moves are fun and not too difficult to follow. Even though Jazzercise has been around for many years, it is definitely not still stuck in the 1980's. It is current and relevent and has changed with the times. The music in the routines is current music that you'd hear on the radio. You get a total body workout, including cardio, strength training, and stretching, all in one hour. There are many different class formats. A few of the formats are Dance Mixx, which is cardio followed by strength training, Fusion, which incorporates extra strength training in between the cardio routines to work every major muscle the body, Strike, which is a kickboxing-themed workout, and Interval, which is High Intensity Interval Training, bringing the heart rate up and down throughout the workout. The instructors at Jazzercise are top notch because they have to go through a rigorous certification process. The owners and instructors at this location are among the best.”

My husband planned a 3 Hour drive to Galena for the holidays. It truly didn’t look like I was going to make that trip!!
