(September 2, 2018, 4:19 pm)Smooth sales experience, I bought a car listed as having a navigation system, but the system didn't have it until I paid $800 and swapped out the part myself. The upper right corner of the screen said Information instead of Navigation. Expensive lesson.

(July 14, 2018, 11:05 am)This dealer was so wonderful to work with. I was happy to have bought my car from them. That is a lot to say considering I think car buying is the most awful experience ever. They were helpful and made the whole transaction not only go smoothly, but better then I could have expected. I would recommend to anyone to buy their car from them. Happy car shopping.

They always take the time to explain everything I need to know about they couldn't be friendlier. I absolutely love going there. Their customer service is exceptional and I will always come here for as long as I have my Focus.
