(September 2, 2018, 4:19 pm)Smooth sales experience, I bought a car listed as having a navigation system, but the system didn't have it until I paid $800 and swapped out the part myself. The upper right corner of the screen said Information instead of Navigation. Expensive lesson.

They were helpful and made the whole transaction not only go smoothly, but better then I could have expected. I would recommend to anyone to buy their car from them. Happy car shopping.

They always take the time to explain everything I need to know about they couldn't be friendlier. I absolutely love going there. Their customer service is exceptional and I will always come here for as long as I have my Focus.
