CustomFit is a great place to get fit and healthy. The exercise is challenging and appropriate. The classes are written to directly tone and strengthen your whole body. The vibe is positive and energetic. You can push yourself hard and modify if needed. Julianne is incredibly knowledgable about the body and advises her clients with their entire health in mind. Awesome place to workout! :)
Great boot camp classes and you never do the same exercise they keep it interesting and time goes by fast! Julianne and Jen are great!
