Bob Goldin Sr - State Farm Insurance Agent

Today I noticed a crack in my windshield from the storms last night. I was going to call safelight have them come out and pay whatever I needed to in order to fix it. But first I called bobs office (I have been his customer for almost 2 years) to see if I was covered. I spoke with Chris and he explained my covered amount, he even recommended me a company to use who works with the office a lot and they trust them. I called the company and was quoted much less than safelight would have charged me and they ordered the windshield and made an appointment for 2 days later 😊. Now here is the part where I received the extra, over the top care....about 2 hours later Chris called me back and told me we was looking through my policy and had some suggestions which gave me better coverage, less deductible for an extra $3 over a six month period (comes out to nothing). He even offered to schedule a time where he can explain my full policy so I understand the coverage I have, why I have it and what it will do for me. These agents are amazing, friendly, considerate and I pay about 1/3 of what I have paid in the past with All-State or American family and I'm getting much better service. I have also spoken with Kathy in the past and she got me into having rental insurance with them as well and again I have amazing coverage at a next to nothing cost and I don't stress when speaking with them.

Bob Goldin has been my State Farm insurance agent for over 35 years -- ever since I got my driver's license at age 16. Bob and his team are always responsive to my inquiries and have helped me with a couple auto accident claims as well.

Bob also adds a personal touch to his business -- he calls me every year on my birthday. I highly recommend Bob to anyone looking to obtain insurance.

Bob has been my agent for over 20 years! I couldn’t ask for any better service from him or Kathy! We did look into switching, purely for financial reasons, but it turns out that 20 years with no claims is rewarded by State Farm and Bob. My premiums keep dropping over the years, and my coverage has remained the same or better!

In addition to State farm being a wonderful insurance company, Bob Golden, himself, is an absolute angel! Not only does he and his entire office offer top-notch service, but they do it with incredible warmth and sincerity.
